How Interactive Male Works
Interactive Male is a phone-based voice chat service for gay, bisexual and curious men age 18 and older. You call, introduce yourself in a short greeting, listen to other men and choose whether to exchange messages or start a private live conversation.
1. Call Interactive Male
Call 1-800-698-6986 or use the Cities Coverage page to find an access number for your area. Select English or Spanish and follow the phone prompts. Eligible first-time callers may be offered a free 60-minute trial.
2. Record a voice greeting
Your greeting is your introduction to men who are online. A first name or nickname, a little about your personality and the kind of conversation you want is enough. Keep personal contact and financial information out of the recording.
3. Listen to other men
Browse the voice greetings in the Live Connector. Take your time. You can move past a greeting that is not a match and keep listening until someone catches your attention.
4. Send a message or request a live connection
When someone interests you, send a private voice message or request a one-to-one live conversation. He decides whether to respond or connect, just as you do.
Live Connector vs. Voice Mailbox
Use the Live Connector when you want to hear men who are online now. A Voice Mailbox keeps working while you are away: record an ad, receive messages and reply later. Interactive Male currently offers five mailbox categories.
Local and wider conversations
Start with a local access number to reach the service from your area. You can listen locally or explore men beyond your city.
Privacy and control
There is no public photo profile. You choose what to record and what to share. Interactive Male cannot verify every caller’s identity, so keep personal information private, block or report inappropriate callers and read the safety tips.
What happens after a free trial?
If you want to continue after trial time ends, purchase membership minutes through the official phone or web flow. The system announces when minutes are being deducted and provides balance information.
